Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Project Q, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Project Q on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Educational service

Project Q provides educational content, simulations, practice questions, games, and career information. It is not a broker, investment adviser, recruiting agency, employer, university, or examination provider.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or employment advice. Trading games use simulated money and simplified markets for education.

Roles and external websites

Job and internship information is compiled from public employer sources and may become incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Always verify the role, deadline, location, eligibility, compensation, and sponsorship terms on the employer’s official website before relying on or applying to a listing.

Project Q is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the firms shown on the site unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, or their practices.

Accounts and private information

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information, use a strong password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The application tracker is intended for your own career organization. Do not store passwords, government identifiers, payment-card information, confidential employer material, or other highly sensitive information in tracker notes.

Acceptable use

You may use Project Q for personal learning and career preparation. You may not:

• Attack, disrupt, probe, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, databases, or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the service without permission.
• Bypass access controls, interfere with other users, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.
• Upload, publish, or distribute confidential assessment material or content that infringes another party’s rights.
• Present Project Q practice material as an official assessment supplied by an employer.

Content and intellectual property

The Project Q name, visual design, original explanations, question variations, course material, games, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Company names, logos, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. If you believe material on Project Q infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify and review it.

Availability and changes

We may correct content, change features, introduce limits, suspend accounts, or discontinue parts of the service. Features marked “Coming soon” are plans, not commitments to a particular release date.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Project Q is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Project Q and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Project Q evolves. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide appropriate notice.
